Level 2 takes paddlers away from the protected water of level 1 and exposes them to moderatly exposed coastlines. The program will help you improve the efficiency of your strokes and rescues and develop a deeper and more practical understanding of navigation, tides, and weather theory.  You will paddle in tidal current and learn how to land and launch as a group in surf. The program includes and overnight trip and a roll clinic.  

The course is four days split over two weekends. 

Tuition: $550 + $100 if kayak rental required
Location: Course 1 St. John's & Placentia Bay, NL, course 2 Corner Brook & Burgeo, course 3 Iqaluit NU
Prerequisites: Paddle Canada Level 1 or equivalent.
Includes: Certification, course manual, group equipment and meals for the trip. Excludes kayak, personal equipment and transportation.
