Level 2 takes paddlers away from the protected water of level 1 and exposes them to moderatly exposed coastlines. The program will help you improve the efficiency of your strokes and re-entries, and develop a deeper and more practical understanding of navigation, tides, and weather theory.  You will paddle in tidal current and learn how to land and launch as a group in surf. The program includes a roll clinic.  

The course is four days. 

  
Tuition: $600 + $100 if kayak rental required
Location: St. John's, Placentia & St.Mary's Bay, Chance Cove and Bellevue, NL.
Prerequisites: Paddle Canada Level 1 or equivalent.
Includes: Certification, course manual, and group equipment. Excludes kayak, personal equipment, meals and transportation.
